Invitation to the: OPENING CEREMONIES OF THE WORLD'S COLUMBIAN EXPOSITION IN CHICAGO Beautifully engraved 11 X 9 inch invitation printed by the Western Bank Note Company Chicago: The honor of your presence is requested at the Opening Ceremony of the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago, at ten o'clock Monday Morning May First Eighteen Hundred and Ninety Three. Joint Committee on Ceremonies . . . (Names of the World's Columbian Commission are then listed) To Hon. Henry Exall, Dallas, Texas. Henry Exall was a state commission from Texas and a member of the Official Directory of the World's Columbian Exposition. (See Scan of Commissioner Exall) The photos of Commissioner Exall and of Opening Day Ceremonies is NOT included in this sale.
