All maps present and in very good condition with a few marginal closed tears. Overall, good to very good.This atlas features many fine CALIFORNIA AND WEST COAST city maps which would sell individually for $15 - $50 each ! (LOTS of value as a breaker for a dealer or a collector trading maps). Also, take note there seem to be CALIFORNIA COUNTY MAPS for every existing county in CA at the time.A scarce and early survivor with an esteemed local provenance .Arthur Cram (son of Andrew Cram and grandson of Lewis Cram) of the East Highland California Cram Family was of the Cram generation that made significant strides in the development of the local Orange and citrus industry in the Inland Empire during the late 19th and early 20th century. The 'Cram District' was named for their family. Lewis Cram allocated land for the first area school (a one room school house) and it's possible this copy was one of the texts used in that school. Arthur Cram was certainly one of the few area children that attended the local school.We would link to the available read more
