18K gold brooch designed in the shape of a Lizard. The body is decorated with enamel and adorned with the row of graduated diamonds. The brooch can also be worn as a pendant with hoop that unfolds from underneath the Lizard. Lizard's eyes are set with two Rubies. The back is stamped with 18K mark & Italy. Excellent condition.
