For auction is a great pocket worn vintage Marble's match safe.It is 2 5/8" tall (closed) and 15/16" across,on bottom. The base is marked Marble's Gladstone Mich. U.S.A. Pat'd 1900.The safe looks like it was nickle plated originally,but obviously carried for for a long time,which has worn away a good deal of the plating to reveal it's all brass structure. The safe still works great and is free of any dings or dents.
