1900 German Cotton Wadding Figure and Dresden Cardboard Christmas Ornament. A very decorative cotton wadding boy for your Christmas tree. An extraordinarily fine, decorative work out of cotton wadding, scrap paper, cardboard and Tinsel. The cotton wadding figure is ca 16 cm 6 1/4" high and the boy carries in both hands respectively several Christmas bells. Very rare, and preserved incredible well for it's age. The most sought-after of the German spun cotton, and dresden cardboard tree ornaments of early 1900s from a large, quality collection of antique Christmas collectibles.
