This attractive 1900 Lafayette commemorative silver dollar retains all or essentially all of its original detail. Considerable luster remains as well. At some point in its dim past, however, cellophane or a similar tape was add to the coin's surfaces. The tape has mostly been soaked away, but traces of residue remain, the most obvious being near the S in States. This item opens with a token bid and t is no reserve. We do not end auctions early for the purpose of a quick sale. When t is no Buy-It-Now price, t will not be one.
