1901 Plasticville Union Station, New England Rancher MH-2 & Picket Fence sections. Very nice condition. There are no broken pieces and the building kits appear complete, but I am not a Plasticville subject matter expert. Please see the photos and make your own determination. The glue has let go on one corner of the MH-2 box. Otherwise the boxes are in good condition. Also included are 36 sections of picket fence including 4 gate sections, manufacturer unknown. Some are dirty or have broken pickets. Adult owned and non-smoking dry storage. Every effort made to describe the actual condition. Please save the pictures to your computer and magnify.
