Mining World Magazine, July 9, 1904. Long and detailed feature article "Famous Old Madison County Montana" with reports of new development in Virginia City MT, Sheridan MT, Twin Bridge MT, Pony MT, Norris MT, Ruby MT and SIlver Star MT, now all ghost towns. The two maps may help you to rediscover lost mines. Mining World Magazine was geared towards mining men, investors and prospectors and is not the usual engineering and geology mining publication. There are reports, "News from Busy Mining Camps", about mines in Alaska, Arizona, with photos from Bisbee area, Prescott AZ and Mount Union mine, Black Hills Deadwood South Dakota, reports on Michigan copper mines, Utah, Oregon, Idaho, Colorado. Large 13 by 10 inch format, 22 pages, no ads. Condition of the paper is very good and not at all fragile. There is some roughness on the right edge because it is from a bound volume, and a few of the double pages have worked loose, but it is holding together well. Mining World Magazines from this era are very rare, with none for sale online or on bookfinder.
