1904 St. Louis Exposition Cascade Gardens Eglomise (decoration mirror technique) Jewelry Casket Ormolu (gilding technique used on metal) BoxThe metal was originally a gilt brass but has since darkened. Deep beveling on the glass with some small nicks/flea bites on the edges, especially the lid. The front side is embossed/etched with G.A. Moore. The right front leg is slightly less curved than the other legs, but it appears to have been a production flaw. Selling as-is.
