An antique hallmarked sterling silver telescopic propelling pencil. Made in 1905 in Birmingham by Arthur Downing (A.D) Telescopic mechanism partly working. Nozzle does not retract into the main body. Propelling mechanism appears to be working. Has not been tested with lead. In good cosmetic condition without visible dents or scratches.
