Here is a beautiful first year of issue matte proof. Only 16 in this grade and the only one with a + designation by PCGS.It also has a CAC sticker. There is NOT a spot at the base of the T in cent on the reverse. Proof coins are verydifficult to get a good photo. To my eye the coin looks virtually full red, maybe a little golden red, certainly not any brown on the coin. This is apremium coin I'm sure you will love, of course there is a 14 day return option.
