1921 STIELERS Hand-Atlas +++ RARE POST-WAR Edition 9th Edition, 10th print100 map and 162 inset mapsJustus Perthes, Gotha Rare post WW1 edition with a unique setting of borders: some older maps show Österreich-Ungarn, other maps show "ehemaliges Österreich-Ungarn" (former Austia-Hungary), maps of Turey/Greece with correct new borders, different post war borders of Poland/Ukraine/Germany in maps of Europe and Russia. Please take a look at the XXL fotos on www hand-atlas de! Due to the economic situation of the early 1920ies the paper is a little thinner compared to the pre war editions and the copper emblem on the front cover war replaced with a print logo. The 1921 edition is among the rarest of the red/black cover versions. Condition: Spine is missing. Inside very good condition.
