THIS RARE 1923 ONE DOLLAR UNITED STATES NOTE PICTURED HAS NEVER BEEN CIRCULATED! My Grandmother worked in a bank and socked this note away shortly before they stopped making them. S he folded the bill at some point, and although these folds are very light, they can be seen upon close examination. This beautiful note has perfect borders and centering, rich, bold colors and crisp paper quality and texture. There are absolutely no wrinkles, pinholes, stains or any other problems with this exceptionally appealing example of a Red Seal note.
