Most of my listings are for vintage collectible items, occasionally I get a true antique to offer. Pre-Owned items have been used to varying degrees and will have signs of this use. Please ask questions and review all pictures before bidding. Some of the pictures have glare spots on them and sometimes the true color of an item does not come through in the pictures. Pictures of book pages usually have a yellow tinge to them. My camera flash sometimes puts a yellow tinge on white items. If you need additional pictures, please request them. Questions, and picture requests made on the last day of the auction may not get answered/sent before the auction ends.If you are in doubt that the item is as described please Do Not Bid On It.PAYMENT PayPal is accepted. Payment must be within 2 days of auction's ending. The item will be mailed the next business day after payment. Georgia.The program is dated December 8, 1928. It is for the TECH vs. GEORGIA football game. It is 12 by 9 inches. There are many black and white advertisements and many cameos of individual football players. There is only one color advertisement, it is on the inside of the back cover page. It is for Gulf NO-NOX gas.There are no tears or writing on the pages. There are creases on the spine where the program has been used. There is light soiling to the back cover. The front cover has a 1 inch scratch in the G. The edges and corners show wear. There are a couple of nicks on the back cover spine and one on the top of the back cover page.The spine is fastened with 2 staples. The further you are from me and the heavier/larger the package is the more it costs to ship. If your package arrives damaged then you must take the package to the post office BEFORE you open it so the damage to the package can be documented. They may tell you not to open the package. Opening a damaged package before bringing it to the attention of your local Postal Officials can negate an insurance claim and compensation of the item.An insurance claim must be started with the post office. Open a damaged package carefully so you don't do any additional damage to it. To open an insurance claim you MUST keep the original box, packaging and the item or unopened damaged package, and ship them back to me using the same shipping service/method that I used to send the package to you. These items are required by the post office. Once I have received the item back I will take it to the post office to start a claim. If the post office accepts the claim I will refund you the final auction value + original shipping cost of the item. If the post office refuses the claim then I cannot provide a refund. If you cannot provide these items the post office will not accept the insurance claim and there will be no compensation for the item. This is a lengthy process.SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED---NON-DELIVERYRefunds are only for items that are Significantly Not As Described. An item that arrives in a damaged package is classified as Postal System Damage and is covered under POSTAL SYSTEM DAMAGE and not as Significantly Not As Described.No refunds will be issued for U.S./International non-delivery claims. USPS Tracking will be used on U.S. shipping and the buyer agrees to accept postal records of USPS Tracking as proof the item(s) were received. If item is returned for Significantly Not As Described then pictures of the returned item, listing pictures and Item Description will be sent to eBay and PayPal. I will refund the final auction valve + the original shipping charge, upon receipt of item returned in original condition as it was sent to you, I, the seller, will determine if the item is in the same condition as I sent it to you, the buyer.
