Old Brochure: Lake Tahoe - Tahoe Cedars Lodge and Housekeeping Cottages Assuming late 30's - references "something new in Lake Tahoe" and built in '37 - excerpt noted of writing in '37 and cars look like 30's....good condition with only light storage and age wear...very light age discoloration. Several pics...opens up to a tri-fold type brochure...closes to size that would fit into a #10 envelope. $2.00 Shipping/handling.
