This auction offers a large COBALT blue vase that is inscribed as a souvenir from the 1935-1936 California Pacific International Exposition held in San Diego. The vase has a graceful shape with a wide base, narrow neck and wide ruffled edge. It is personalized and dated with an acid etched inscription--"San Diego Exposition 1935". The script is exceptional with lots of flourishes. The vase is 6 1/4" high, 5 1/2" at the top and about 7 1/2" at the widest point. It is in outstanding estate condition with no chips, cracks or damage of any kind. Really a fantastic addition to any collection! U.S. shipping and very careful packing will vary with your postal zone. Please see the USPS estimate above. And be sure to check my other auctions for another gorgeous cobalt piece--a Cambridge Ball Jug from 1936!
