This might be the best item in the collection. A series of 6 letters called Home Folks letters written by the scout organization. The 1st one is shown on National jamboree letterhead written July 22,1937 aboard the steamship Berengaria by James West , chief scout executive. This one had 2 enclousers a large chart showing the organization with names of all leaders, the secoud enc is the list of departurers and returns (steamship). The chart unfolded is 28 by 24 inches and what a great piece. The remainder of the letters are written on scout stationary Ny Ny. I assume that the 6 letters encompass the entire series. One letter has no envelope and has turned brown in a large spot from aging.
