It is a spiral-bound book measuring 6.25 x 7.25 inches. Fifty-two different full-color postcards are contained within the spiral binding, lightly perforated so as to be ready for mailing, along with a brief introduction. It is in Mint- condition or better, with nothing loose, no torn perforations, no significant cover wear, and no stains.Though similar books published during the fair are available, this edition appears to be cpmparatively rare.
