Original vintage molded celluloid salt and pepper shaker from the 1939 New York World's Fair, made by Emeloid, Arlington, New Jersey, featuring the Trylon & Perisphere in blue on a teardrop-shaped orange based reading "New York World's Fair," 3-3/8" tall overall. A touch of very subtle surface wear, otherwise very fine, attractive condition, with no cracks, chips, bends, or losses.The underside bears a period ink inscription: "Mar. 1940, Ed."
