1940s ANTIQUE STANDARD OIL SERVICE JACKET+PANTS SHOP SIGN HOT RAT ROD GAS PREWARDescriptionHERE IS ONE OF THE COOLEST THINGS I HAVE EVER SEEN!Here is a rare SET of Std Oil (Standard Oil) delivery driver harsh weather/rain clothing! I have NEVER seen anything like this! Rain, snow, sleet, or hail.... the gas and oil always had to get delivered here in Wisconsin!This came from an old timer off an old Wisconsin farm. He thought these were from the 1940s. (maybe prewar, maybe post war? See pics and be your own judge) Old gas and oil signs/advertising are HOT right now! I dont know ANYONE out there that has these! For the collector who thought their shop/garage display was complete!This is a matched set of nasty weather pants in XL with built in suspenders AND the matching coat! They have some wear and age (see pics) but have survived relatively well. (have some age from use and some minor bubbling on the name) These were generally used, worn out, and thrown away. In fact, I was told these were rescued from the old dump a very long time ago!Hang it in your hot rod shop, rec room, man (or lady) cave, restaurant, sports bar, etc! People who enjoy rat rod cars and trucks love this sort of thing!I was going to hang this in my shop but have a lot going on already. I hope someone out there can appreciate this one for what it is!
