WWII Era 1943 Simplicity Sewing Pattern #4607 Sweet little Toddler Frock, Panties and Bonnet Just so very cute in size 3 Well this one is a lovely find. A classic 1940s Size 6 years toddler frock pattern with matching bonnet and yoke front panties too. This is from an era when every well dressed little girl had panties to match her pretty, frilly, frocks. The so cute and the bonnet makes the perfect vintage statement. It is sized for a 22 inch Breast. The pattern comes complete with all the pattern piece and the original envelope.This is unused and still factory folded. Like Mc Call Printo Gravure or Pictorial Review Pictograph this Simplicity pattern includes a Primer or instruction sheet. Lovely look at the 1940s.
