You are bidding on 1- US POSTAGE STAMP MACHINE. Uncle Sam pictured on front. Manufactured by The Federal Dispenser Corporation, Los Angeles , Cal . Serial No. 71028. Nickel and dime slots. From approximately 1945 . I believe the Federal Machine was the finest one made for a few reasons. 1 - The Uncle Sam has a nicer smile on this unit. 2 - The porcelain is really thick on this unit. And 3 - The name Federal sounds more American and displays nicer. My opinion! Look at the photos and decide for yourself. SIZE: Uncle Sam image. 2 1/2" x 4 1/2". Machine itself is 20 1/2" x 7 7/8" x 4 1/4". CONDITION: Very good. The front porcelain is almost perfect nice thick and heavy. T is one small chipped area on the bottom right corner and t are a few tiny knicks. The coin slots and pull knobs are working. You will receive the lock but not the key. The lock is removed for ease of opening and intact. The prices are: Four 1 cent stamps for a NickelThree 3 cent stamps for a DimeThe price windows and price sheets are perfect too.
