Check out my E-Bay Store for High Grade Vintage Baseball Coins and Pins! One of Topps first specialty issues, the 60-pin set of ballplayers issued in 1956 contains a high percentage of big name stars which, combined with the scarcity of the pins, makes collecting a complete set extremely challenging. Compounding the situation is the fact that some of teh pins are seen far less often than others, though the reason is unknown. Chuck Stobbs, Hector Lopez and Chuck Diering are unaccountably scarce. Measuring 1 1/8 in diamter, teh pins utilize the same portraits found on the 1956 Topps baseball cards. The photos are set against a solid background. The pins were sold in a box picturing the Ted Williams pin, with a piece of bubble gum for five cents. These pins are similar to the Topps, Old London, Armour, Jello, Chips Salada, MLBPA and Shirriff coins. I will ship to anywhere in the US and Canada only. Shipping is $2.95 for the first coin and $1 each additional coin. Insurance is automatically added free of charge on orders over $100. Free Shipping for Multiple Orders over $100.Please contact me with any questions about the coins.
