is a Detroit Lions Full Size 1957 Throwback Full suspension Helmet the exact helmet worn by the Lions in 1957, It has # 56 on the back Joe Schmidt's number. The value of the Helmet itself unsigned is $175 to $200 and was specially made for only the players who attended the reunion. It was signed by 17 members of the World Champion 1957 Lions. This is the exact replica helmet as what the Lions wore in 1957 and throughout the 1950's when they were champions in 1952 1953 and 1957. This helmet was signed at a Show at the Livonia Holiday Inn on June 3, 2007 by all 15 members who attended the Reunion. It has been signed by the following: Joe Schmidt with HOF 73 and 57 World Champs. Others include Darris McCord, Gil Mains, Jerry Reichow, Gene Cronin, Dorne Dibble, John Gordy, Gil Wild Hose Maines, Steve Junker Marv Brown, Gerry Perry, Bud Erickson, Bob Long, Ken Russell, Gary Lowe and Terry Barr. I added two more great autographs Harley Sewell and Hall of Famer Yale Lary upon a September trip to Detroit. This is the only signing Sewell has ever attended .
