I have another delightful gents solid gold Rolex Tudor wristwatch for sale on ebay. It is yet another Rolex Tudor I have sold in over the years, this is yet another fine example for a variety of reasons. The past Tudors have all have had a pleasing number of bids and many enquiries. Slowly, vintage watch buyers are realising just how undervalued Rolex Tudors have been, and prices are beginning to rise steeply and without doubt will continue to do so; they are a superb investment. To buy a comparable watch of this quality from say Jaeger LeCoultre, would cost at least an extra 50% rendering the Tudors superb value. The overall condition of this watch is extremely good save some slight discolouration to the dial around the 1 hour. Textured dials due to there very nature have a habit of trapping more dirt and this watch features a lovely textured chapter ring. The solid gold case (9ct) has a diameter of some 32 mm and houses the original dial. Importantly it has never been re-finished in anyway as is common with such watches on ebay, doing so can drastically reduce the watches value by up to 40%. The rear of the case is pleasingly free from inscription and its inner show the goldsmith to have been Rolex themselves (often they used Shackmans or Dennisons etc.) Needless to say, by far the most sought after cases are by Rolex, this one
