1960 Roosevelt Dime FS-102 Description 1960 Roosevelt Dime PCGS Proof 66 Double Die Obverse FS-102 we have another beautiful coin. It's professionally graded by PCGS and designated as a Double Die Obverse FS-102. According to the PCGS population report t are only 4 graded at this level with a mere 6 graded higher.
