Here is a 1964 GI Joe with a Patent Pending Copyright on right butt in a sailor outfit from my wife's collection.The patent pending indicates this was produced before Oct 11, 1966 when the patent was finally granted.It is in excellent condition but has no accessories. There are 3 small stress cracks; see photos 9-11, right leg at hip, right leg in back of knee, and left leg at front of knee.The shirt has a Hong Kong label. The pants have a Japan label.See close-up photos below.
