Contains numerous articles and advertisements related to Kennedy's campaign stops in L.A. and vicinity, with a focus on his outreach to the black community. Includes promotion for the upcoming S.R.O. concert at the Los Angeles Sports Arena. Tempo was a free paper distributed to barbers and beauty salons that catered to Watts residents.
