This is a 1970 Midway Sea Devil coin operated arcade game. It predates video games. The images you see in the periscope is achieved by lights and mirrors. It appears to be complete and does turn on and start to play but it needs work and is being sold AS-IS. Cosmetically it has some wear and scratches. Buyer can pick up or add $25 for pallet and boxing and buyer pays actual freight bill.
