Shirley Jones, the mother in the Partridge family ,is on the cover and in a knitted and crocheted outfit. The year of this magazine is 1971 and this is Book 1. I am not sure if this is the very first issue. Some of the projects in this magazine are: filet crochet, a great article to see the Partridge family in many knitted fashions, and some articles on the latest Vogue Designer patterns from Bill Blass, Pauline Trigeres, and Oscar de la Renta. Other projects are felt pictures, china based pin cushions, sew a kimono robe with this pattern, decorate your felt hat with fringe, sew a fake fur hat or cape, and crochet some hot pants. This magazine is in acceptable to good condition. The instructions have yellowed and some of the pages have a slight yellow tinge. The glue is starting at the bottom to come apart on the second issue. The first one is still glued. Please archive these with care. These magazines are in various conditions. Some have the glue falling apart at the seams. I will try to notify you if that is the case. Sometimes they might fall apart after you get them. Please pay attention to condition because I do not accept refunds. Hope you enjoy this magazine as much a I have. I am the secondary owner of these.
