You are bidding on a 24kt gold electroplate on sterling medal released by The Franklin Mint "The Presidential Journey For Peace Eyewitness(R) Medal This marks Richard Nixon's trip to China in 1972 One side has a picture of each country's leader with the phras "Peace For All Mankind" in English & Chinese. The other side has a map of the Pacific showing with arrows the path Nixon took. Captioned: A Journey For Peace / Richard M. Nixon / February 17-28, 1972 Encased in hard plastic. Medal is 1 3/4". Plastic is 2 3/4" x 3 3/4". Medal has some brown spotting on the tops of each side as well as the related top side.
