You are bidding on a brilliant uncirculated Canadian $10 Silver Olympic coin still encapsulated in the ultrasonically welded crystal styrene capsule. The actual year of issue for this coin was 1974 and was released to celebrate and fund the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. This is coin #5 in the series and shows the head of Zeus reminding us that the original Olympic Games were dedicated to Zeus. It was minted with a satin finish and of Sterling Silver (92.5% silver) which means it contains about 1.44 Troy oz. of silver.
