1974/5 Montana Bicentennial Medal Collection - Roche Jaune/Medallic Art Co. A superb gem example of this rare set which was produced by Roche Jaune on behalf of the Montana Bicentennial Administration. Struck in .999 silver (ASW 4.465ozt) by Medallic Art Co., this complete set of 4 medals is presented in the original display case and comprises: 1974 Lewis & Clark Medal (MACo # 1974-084-001)1974 Fur Trade Medal (MACo # 1974-084-002)1974 The Cattlemen Medal (MACo # 1974-084-003)1975 Only the Land Endures Medal (MACo # 1974-084-004) The medals were designed by Frank Hagel who also designed the Roche Jaune/MACO National Parks Centennial series. The medals are edge incused with matching serial number 104. We have provided high resolution close-up photos. The set in the photos is the actual set which you will receive.
