Up for auction is a Brass Hamilton Mantle Clock. This item was a gift from the Olympic Committee to the Shlitz Brewing Company in 1976. The plaque on top reads "In appreciation for services rendered by Jos. Schlitz Brewing Co. to the 1976 United States Olympic Team." The bottom of the clock features a disc with an emblem that says "United States Olympic Committee." This is a Hamilton clock and the materials seem to be brass and glass...it's really quite stunning. T is Quartz movement and is numbered at the base- "672319." This clock measures 7.5" x 9.5" x 3." It is good working order. I will tell you that the little knob that's on the back is separate from the clock as I unscrewed it and heard the little piece that connects the two fall inside the clock.
