Up for bid is a 1976 Southern Living magazine that features a 4 page article on the infamous 1976 World of Sid & Marty Krofft amusement park, located in Atlanta for a short 6 months. The magazine appears to be completely intact, including the 4 page article about the amusement park. A full color picture of a child, with his face painted, sits with a mime puppeteer that is holding a generic lion puppet at the foot of the nickelodeon. The next wave of color photos include a different child getting face painted, people in the Pinball Ride, a stilt walker beside the nickelodeon performing to a crowd, Nick performing at his nickelodeon, a group of strolling mime musicians at the top of the escalator, and Krofft actress Patty Maloney (best known for playing the furry character, Honk, in the Krofft show Far Out Space Nuts) performing along side the world's smallest twins, the Rice Brothers. Also found inside the magazine is a very small mention in the travel section that had packaged vacation deals, one of which included 2 tickets to the Krofft park!
