This is an original, official 1978 or 1979 White House Christmas Print Gift from Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter. It is not dated. This Item was obtained from the estate of a Secret Service Agent who held a longterm assignment to the White House Security Detail. This Presidential Christmas Print measures approximately 10" x 16" and is housed in its original White House issued creme card stock Presidential folder that doubled as an Envelope for the Print. The Gift Print and Folder are in Excellent condition as issued from the White House. Initially I said, "The original Envelope is a bit soiled and missing the Presidential Seal over the flap" . In fact, this Print does have the Presidential Seal and is quite clean overall. No soiling to mention. In addition, this Print is accompanied by the matching Presidential Christmas Card with the original Envelope, both in excellent condition. The sentiment on the Card Reads, "With best wishes from our family for a Happy holiday Season." This large Christmas Print should not be confused with the much more common official White House small Christmas card. Official Presidential Gift prints are highly collectible and desired by serious collectors of official Presidential Christmas items.
