(c)1982 David Winter cottages "The Old Distillery" hand made and hand painted in the studios and workshops of John Hine Ltd. Great Britain. From the Scottish Collection, dated 1982, this awesome David Winter cottage is in excellent, used condition. I can find no chips, cracks or breaks. It is in the styrofoam and the original brown box. The certificate of authenticity AND the David Winter Distillery book are included. It is 9" high and 10 1/2" in width.**OF ALL THE PIECES THAT DAVID WINTER HAS CREATED THIS WAS BY FAR THE MOST DIFFICULT AND IS AS A RESULT SOMETHING OF A RARITY, MUCH SOUGHT AFTER BY COLLECTORS.The retail price of this one cottage was $530.00. As with all of my David Winter cottages the starting price will be $9.99. It is up to you, the potential buyer, to decide what the value is to you. The cottage, only in the original styrofoam and box, has a weight of 11 pounds 5.4 ounces. I also feel that it needs to be double boxed for added protection. Postage cost reflects the size and weight of the entire package. Insurance will be included. Thanks for looking!
