You are bidding for an official Royal Mint Brilliant Uncirculated Set of coins issued for Great Britain and Northern Ireland in 1983 (Spink US02) The set contains all the coins issued in 1983 which includes the first issue of the One Pound coin with the 'UK Royal Arms' design (Spink 4221). The set also contains the old large style 50p, 10p and 5p, plus the new 20p coin and the two, one and halfpence pieces in bronze. (8 Coins) These Mint Sets also contain the last ever Halfpenny issued for circulation. All the coins are protected in a plastic seal and this comes incorporated in the Royal Mint presentation pack. There is no toning to the bronze or indeed any of the coins and the whole set is in excellent condition - NO RESERVE ** NOTE ** In 1983 there were no 10p, 5p or 2p coins issued for circulation and these coins are only available in the Royal Mint Proof and Brilliant Uncirculated Sets.
