This auction is for an extraordinarily rare 1984 Star Wars Vintage Tri-Logo Security Scout graded as a red label AFA 85! Simply put, this is an example of this piece in stunning condition! The Security Scout is among three “body rigs or mini rigs” (e.g. Security Scout, Imperial Sniper, and Sand Skimmer) manufactured by Kenner and Palitoy at the end of the vintage line run. The Kenner versions were offered on bubble/cardback packaging while the Palitoy versions were offered in sealed boxes as is this item. Although the Kenner versions of these items are somewhat common, the Tri-Logo versions are exceedingly rare with only a handful of these items achieving this type of grade. Here’s a great opportunity at picking up this unique collectible from the end of the vintage toy line. This item comes from my personal collection and has been meticulously cared for in a non smoking home.
