1985 Kholui DEMIDOV Russian Lacquer Box w/ 1st Class Kholui Diploma Certificate This small Russian Lacquer box comes with a certificate (“Kholui Diploma”) stating that this is a first class miniature lacquer fabrication. The certificate identifies the title as “Returning Knight”. The box is artist signed with his name (Demidov), his region (Kholui), and a quote about a returning knight. The bottom is marked “Made in USSR.” This circular box has a 2 inch diameter and is 1 3/8 inches tall. It is in excellent condition with no signs of any wear.
