Full color photo , measures 8 X 10 , personally hand signed by Lou Holtz (former ND head football coach ) and by Tony Rice , starting QB of the National Championship team . Rice was also Co-Captain of that team with Chris Zorich . Rice also won the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm award that season , Tony also holds the Notre Dame record for total rushing yards in a a season by a QB and also holds the Notre Dame career rushing record by a QB . .
