This listing is for a PCGS 1999 MS69 Gold $5 Eagle in limited holder "1 of 1000". This is a beautiful coin with nice yellow gold surfaces that are free of any of the copper spots that plague this series! It is certified to have been removed from a vault in the pile of debris from the World Trade Center attacks on September 11th 2001. Seeing the footage on TV it is very impressive anything could have survived in this kind of condition! This is without a doubt one of the most collectable pedigree coins on the market!
