Up for consideration is a beautiful Tall 19th c Antique American Pewter Whale Oil Lamp w Archers Patent 1842 Philadelphia brass tag on the front. Measures 9.5" tall. The pewter is in excellent condition for its age. The burner screws on and off with ease. A treasure well kept over the years. Overall condition clearly shown in photos. I have been fortunate to have come across a fine collection of pewter oil lamps, I will be selling them this week, check last photo for a picture of the collection.
