Charming oval reticulated porcelain basket hand painted with flowers, ribbons and garlands trimmed in gold. The mark indicates that it was from the Helena Wolfsohn Studio who began decorating pieces in the Meissen style from 1843 in Dresden Germany. Marked with a crown and the letter "D" Germany, 10 1/2 inches long 1 3/4 inches high. No wear on the gold trim, no cracks or chips.
