Stunning 19th Century Octagonal Faience Bowl n Quimper This stunning bowl is octagonal, 7 1/2" across, 1 1/2" deep and has a scalloped rim. The center of the bowl features the crest of the city of Rouen, and the inside rim is decorated with Rouen décor arabesques and flowers in deep, rich colors. The scalloped rim is painted gold. This bowl has a Fourmaintraux-Frères mark that dates it to the period 1879-1887. The bowl is in perfect condition and has two holes in the base rim to make it easy to hang. VA residents will need to add 5% tax and overseas buyers should determine the Customs obligations of their countries. When free shipping is offered, it is for the 48 contiguous states. I will give a shipping discount to buyers from Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
