I'm moving and clearing out my bottle inventory... Aus Deutschland... Twenty (20) half liter brown German flip-top beer bottles with handy dandy sturdy plastic rack. Bottles contained Hefeweizen from the Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu brewery in Stuttgart, Germany, http://www.schwabenbraeu.de . Bottles were emptied circa 2008 with great care and enjoyment. Following bottle emptying, each bottle received a warm water bath to remove the labels and wash out the residual yeast. Bottles were then inverted and air dried. These bottles are very uncommon for the United States and can be reused with little effort for homebrewing. No need for disposable bottle caps that get thrown away. The glass is brown in color which is ideal for all non- skunked beers. Note: Green and white bottles are designed for skunked Bier. Approximate weight of package, bottles, rack and packing: 25 lbs.
