Hi,I bought this very rare 1900-1940 #20 Griswold 728 skilletin 1982 from the now long lost Rose's Chicken roadhouse in Federal Way, Washington. Some of you old timers may remember this fantastic restaurant.Unfortunately Rose's was destroyed by fire in the early 90's.I've been sitting on this 20lb 14oz. chicken fryer all these years.I recently saw the only other one ever seen sell on ebay(Item number: 330290851515) last week for 600 bucks. If your a Griswold fan you know what I'm talking about. That one was all cleaned up and had a few pits but no cracks. This one is not all cleaned up and does have a crack that was sweated with brass,I suppose so they could keep on cooking that amazing chicken. It is just it was, untouched, when I bought it 26 years ago. If you have any questions it's ok to send me an email and we'll talk.Thank you all, & to all a very Happy Holiday Season.Andy Hi,I bought this very rare 1900-1940 #20 Griswold 728 skilletin 1982 from the now long lost Rose's Chicken roadhouse in Federal Way, Washington. If your a Griswold read more
