Up for auction is a lovely antique composition doll with a blonde mohair wig that is glued on. She has lovely blue sleepy eyes (which means they open and close when she is laid down or stood up) with attached lashes on the lids. She has a felt tongue and teeth in her mouth. She has normal slight cracking and wear to the composition that is typical to the age of this doll. Her limbs and head turn nicely. Her dress is a light yellow that fits her perfectly, could have been made for her as her original dress, and she also has white bloomers and a slip. She is 20 inches tall. She does not have any markings to identify her that I have found. What a lovely doll for someone's collection. I have enjoyed her for many years, she comes from a smoke-free home, but it is time for her to find a new home.
