You are looking at a sealed 2004 Toy Biz figure of Mecha Hulk with the Gremlin. The figure is still sealed in the package with the 2 missles and the Gremlin hidden in the back of the Mecha Hulk. The plastic is still in excellent condition and the cardboard back has some damage on the 2 bottom corners and has a crease on the top where the plastic meets the board which is pretty common because of the weight of the figure.
