Factory brand new 20540 LGB Christmas Starter Set. This is a limited set- only 200 produced, see included certificate and art work. Allen Drucker of Allied Model Trains commissioned LGB to produce the first US Christmas Train Set. A local artist was commissioned to produce the graphics for the train. 200 sets were available from Allied Models Trains with copies of the original drawings- 8-1/2 x 11" copies are included of the Engine the Red Coach and The Red and White Coach. Certificate is number 156 of 200.This is a new, complete starter set ready to use out of the box- it includes 12 sections of LGB solid brass track (can be used outdoors) which form a four foot diameter circle, a loco featuring directional lighting, a red coach and and a red/white coach. Track power connectors and a transformer (USA 110volt version) are included in addition to four Christmas ornaments. Box is in excellent condition and includes all original instructions and literature. This high quality, smooth running, quiet train was made in Germany. Additional cars and track can be added.
